double clicking myself, my hp, etc has never cause any monk hench to res me right when i most need it. they will however sometimes get around to resing me in the middle of a furious battle, much to the dismay of thom and devona i'm sure.

anyway, today i observed the annoying res behavior of both alesia and lina. i was out capping skills in snake run w/ my minion necro. i was packing rebirth and my hench and undead team was pretty well, so i decided to proceed to dreadnaughts and check it out. well, near the lost strongbox the henchies wiped out. only the ranger hench and i survived. so i rebirthed lina first since she was closer. next i was about to rebirth alesia, when off like an arrow lina runs in to res her buddy. fortunately i beat her to the res, but not before the stone summit reaggro'd on lina and beat her into the ground.

annoyed, and wishing i could cram a couple candy canes down her stupid throat, i attempted to rebirth lina, while ctrl clicking on myself the entire time, spamming "i'm targeting myself!"

well, alesia runs in to res her idiot comrade and aggro's again. getting them both killed. so i finally decided to res the "smarter" war/ele/necro henches first, then go for the monks. well, as soon as one monk is up, that monk decides that their "ressurect" is much better than my rebirth, thus aggroing them mobs. this time we escape, although lina manages to bleed to death.
stupid henchies won't even stop next to me when i stop so i can attempt to heal them w/ heal area.

at least they provided me w/ some minions.

i don't have a problem controlling henches, calling targets for them and generally beating down mobs w/ them. but their AI post party wipe leaves something to be desired. What I wouldn't give to see the sole surviving hench run off, lose aggro, wait, then come back and res the safest party member. sigh..

What we REALLY need are the oft-mentioned "Henchman Commands", like "Come here!", "Follow close"(and medium, and far), "Ressurect me now!"(would change depending on whether or not hench had Ressurect or Rebirth), "Heal my target(to keep warrior from being killed, for example).

Alesia is by far the stupidest char in the game! I never bring her anywhere! She totaly stupid she most be a Blonde! LOL ANyway id rather have a lv10 monk than Alesia anyday! IMHO!

One of the many problems with Alesia is that she has Healing Touch. They did not, it would appear give her enough brains to know when to use it and when to not use it. I think it is rather obvious just why Alesia runs into mobs so often. Just try bringing no melee henchmen (and not be a war yourself) and watch how she sits still.

Alesia annoyed the hell out of me last night. We were making our way to Sanctum Cay from ToA. When we encountered a massive group of skales, team mate went in to pull a small group of 5 to us. Things were going well, party fighting, me staying out of harms way casting healing and protection spell. All of a sudden Alesia runs off pass the fighting to wand the skales from behind. In doing this, she aggros a another mob and then runs back, bring them to us. Not content with her actions, she goes off and does it again. Needless to say we were overrun and killed pretty quickly.

After being ressed at the shrine, we go back to fight the skales again. This time we were killed apart from Stefan and Alesia, and there were only two skales left. Alesia constantly healed Stefan, while running around like a headless chicken. Stefan decided it was better to keep switching targets. When a skale was almost dead, he switched to the other giving it time to regen health. Once his new target was almost dead, he switched again. It was a long 5 minute fight, before Stefan finally died, closely followed by Alesia.

Actually, what they really need is a "stay here" command. Its very hard to pull Devona, Little Thom, and Aidan back no matter how far you run back and spam "Follow Me!"
